Tongue & cheek.......  Actually The President is going to fly with the CAP 
fighters (probably in a specially configured P3) around the capital & then 
parachute in (trying to remember his instructions from the old days as a "no 
show" pilot in the ANG), when he lands on the ground his first words shouted 
to congress will be "mission 
complete!!!".........................................  ;)

Looks like USA network's got a great movie right about the time he's on 
TV ---  "Submerged". -- A top mercenary leads his crew aboard a stranded 
submarine commandeered by terrorists.   Cast: Steven Seagal, Christine 
Adams, William Hope, Nick Brimble, Vinnie Jones, Alison King, P. H. 
Moriarty, Gary Daniels, Ross McCall. (Reference:  www.tv.yahoo.com )

Seriously, I'm sure they will have a CAP up with the typical frequencies in 
use & every 3 letter agency (civilian as well as military) involved in law 
enforcement & protecting us against terrorists will be in high gear.. Should 
be a monitoring mecca for hobbyists in the area, although I assume much of 
the ground support operations will be encrypted.
