[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - OVERDRAFT

     8992.0 was active at 1448z with OVERDRAFT (or sounds like;
sometimes sounds like "overdressed" but too many letters; good/strong
levels here) calling MAINSAIL a couple of times with no known
response.

     11175.0 was active at 1452z with OVERDRAFT (or sounds like;
initially weak/unheard but rising to good levels by end of comm)
working ANDREWS (unheard) for a phone patch to a common DSN 271 number
for some orderwire coordiation with CAROLINE (or sounds like). 
OVERDRAFT requested RF17 7C and to look for him in station NOBLE (a
stern "no" in his audio background), DOORBELL or INSURABLE (two GEP
location aliases).  Patch was terminated and gone.
