I wasn't around the scanners then, but around that time I logged a C-37A, 99-0404 from the 99th
AS, on ACARS. Unfortunately it was just what appeared to acknowledgements from a ground station,
and no usable info was passed from him to the ground station. Could this have been SAM 9746?
