Wesover converted to new  VHF highband P25 mode freqs last year including a 
repeater for the security forces .  It's rumored that the security radio 
system will be going encrypted/secure in the future.  Some local monitoring 
hobbyists also believe that the SP radio forces radios may have up to 10 
separate channels but this hasn't been confirmed.  So far only three 
channels have been confirmed.
