[MilCom] STAs about to start working over the Cape

It is 5:38pm EST (2238z).
NASA 945, one of the Shuttle Training Acft, is climbing to 25,000 and will  
begin a series of steep dives onto the Shuttle Landing Facility Rnwy. He is up  
on 126.65 and will probably be working for a couple of hours or more.  The  
STAs are often heard from great distance, as far away as Georgia, during these  
STA training activities.
