[MilCom] 311.0 / Mudbug Control

Hello Group , Around 1800-Z today there was a stuck mic on 311.0 and at times on 321.0 mhz , ACC Pri/Sec. I believe that this carrier was being emitted by a cargo ac using the call Reach 1246 ? Several times Reach 1246 attempted to call Mudbug Control and it seemed to me that when he keyed his mic that it added audio to the signal with no distortion. Other stations were distorted or there carrier would clearly come over the signal. I copied the same on 321.0 at times. Did anyone else copy this signal ? I have been away for a few months but back when the they were putting together just how much damage was caused by Hurricane Katrina I copied Pinon 93 with several patches through Mudbug Control on 321.0 mhz. At all times his signal was 40 + on a discone and S-9 on a AOR AR-8200 using the stock telescoping antenna. His patches were to Beal AFB. Later that day I heard on the newa that they were utilizing the photo capabilities of the U-2 to get pictures of the affected areas. I hope others were able to hear this rare catch. 73 de Randy, N5WV
