[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0 - SATURDAY; CANFORCE 2955

     8992.0 was active at 2125z with SATURDAY (weak/mostly readable;
female operator; excellent SCOPE command quality audio (sounded like a
ground station)) bcsting two 28-character EAMs (24OVYK, 24YHFP) and
simulcasting same on at least 11175.0 (weak/often unreadable) with
nothing heard on 4724.0 or 15016.0.  ANDREWS bcst 24YHFP at 2134z and
24OVYK at 2137z.

     8992.0 was active at 2131z with CANFORCE 2955 (did not sound like
the earlier 3955; weak/fair levels) calling MAINSAIL "on 8992" a
couple of time with no known response.
