[MilCom] JSTARS on 231.75 says Satcom coming

It is 10:38am EST (1528z).
JSTARS on 231.75 says they are getting things in place for Satcom.   They are 
in comms with Northrop Grumman ground station "Terra 5"  at the moment. Also 
has with Grumman JSTARS mobile sta "Star 01."
