[MilCom] Anyone using the Uniden 396T for MILAIR?

I saw Steve Douglas's article in the Feb Pop COM where he states that 
the 396T handheld as ias good if not better the the Uniden 780 XLT for 
MILAIR.  This is high praise considering how most people hold the 780 
as one of the premier MILAIR scanners.

Before I plunk down $500+ for a radio like this, I was wondering if 
anyone on the list is using one for MILAIR monitoring and would like to 
comment on how well it works compared other scanners they have or had 
used in the past.
