    Activity suggests "exercise."

     4724.0 was active at 0140z with ANDREWS bcsting a 21-character
EAM (XJ3UQH).

     4724.0 was active at 0143z with BRAGGART (weak/fair) bcsting
XJ3UQH, ending with "stand by" and then into his "standing by for
traffic statement" (2x) and gone.  At 0148z HERKY 81 (fair) called ?
"on 4724 upper" a few times with no response and quiet.

     4724.0 was active at 0150z with BRAGGART (weak/fair) bcsting
XJ3UQH, ending his xmsn with "stand by" and then into his "standing by
for traffic" statement (2x). H+20/h+50 activity.

     8992.0 was active at 0155z with BRAGGART (weak/readable) bcsting
the 32-character XJZL26, ending with the character count statement, 
"stand by," and then the standing by for traffic statement (2x) and
out.  (Maybe h+25/h+55 activity for ?)

     8992.0 was active at 0159z with ANDREWS bcsting another
21-character EAM (XJVLVI).

     8992.0 was active at 0201z with BRAGGART (weak/readable) bcsting
XJVLVI, ending with "stand by" and then the standing by for traffic
statement (2x) and out.
