Steve Douglass has two major articles this month with a milcom theme.

Tech Showcase "Uniden's New BCD396T -- A Scanner of Milcom/Milair 
Monitoring?"

Utility Digest (monthly column) "New Aurora Evidence, Armageddon, & the 
Uniden 396T"
Steve again presents information on one of those "black project" aircraft 
("Aurora") of the early 1990's.

Wasn't able to find the Jan issue at Barnes & Noble -- also bad weather 
prevented further trips.
I really wish Pop'Com would consider offering their publication in 
electronic (pdf format) such as
"Monitoring Times" magazine does..

BTW is it possible that we may see a strictly milcom/milair monitoring 
newsletter/magazine in the future?
