     11175.0 was active at 1726z with ___BERRY (or sounds like:
weak/often unreadable;  too weak to completely id) calling MAINSAIL
"with request" with no known response.  At 1754z OUTSURGE (or sounds
like; may be something else; weak/barely readable) called PUERTO RICO
"with request" and raised OFFUTT (good).  Responded to OFFUTT a minute
later but no follow up.

     15016.0 was active at 1747z with LANDFALL (good/strong) bcsting a
28-character EAM (XJIB7X) preceding ANDREWS 1801z bcst of same) and
simulcasting same on 4724.0 (fair), 8992.0 (good) and 11175.0 (fair).
