     11175.0 was active at 2144z with BROW BEAT (weak/often
unreadable) working MCCLELLAN (weak/often unreadable) for a phone
patch regarding GEP coordination and gone.  At termination BROW BEAT
suddenly gained in strength to fair/good levels.
