[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - ETHYL 11

     11175.0 was active at 2321z with ETHYL 11 (unheard here) working
MCCLELLAN (weak/barely readable) for current message traffic. 
MCCLELLAN advised there was no current message traffic but a few
moments later MCCLELLAN passed preamble 24AY6N to ETHYL 11 and gone.
