[MilCom] 4724.0 - PERFORATE

     4724.0 was active at 2029z with PERFORATE (or sounds like;
good/fair levels here but sounded slightly off freq (high)) bcsting a
28-character EAM (24M2QB) and simulcasting same on 8992.0 (fair/weak),
11175.0 (weak/fair) and 15016.0 (weak/readable).  Sounded zero beat to
all other freqs.
