Aha!

This would be C-9C 31682 that was transfered to the Reserve unit at 
Scott AFB. (The C-9A's are no longer in the USAF inventory) The three 
C-9C, 3161, 31682, and 31683 are all at Scott AFB being used for DV airlift.
