[MilCom] 11175.0 - EARL 14

     11175.0 was active at 2144z with EARL 14 (or sounds like;
weak/readable) calling MAINSAIL and raising ASCENSION (weak/readable)
and requesting current message traffic.  Told there was none and gone.
 Maybe up earlier at 2140z with ASCENSION but unsuccessful and moving
to another freq.
