     11175.0 was active at 1757z with HUMPHRIES (good/strong levels
here; often noisy/distorted audio) calling MAINSAIL and raising
ANDREWS (weak to often unheard levels) for a phone patch to a common
DSN 939 number (id'd as COUPLING) for a brief patch and gone at 1808z.
