Hi Ken,

Thank you for your email.  Although I have indeed heard fighter types using VHF in the past (DC ANG comes immediately to mind), this information comes from the callsign list I currently have.

The PIC did sound like she was transmitting with helmet on, but this indeed could be something else entirely.
