[MilCom] F-15Es working Avon Park again; Sting 51 refueling

   Two flights of Seymour Johnson AFB F-15Es (Lancer 61 & Lancer 81) are 
working at Avon Park Bombing Range, after initially refueling with McConnell AFB 
KS-ANG KC-135 "Sting 51."
