At 10:00am EST (1500z), STARGATE (E-8C) was up on 225.725 in comms with 
Northrop Grumman Melbourne ground station "Star 01."

Now, at 10:27am EST (1527z) E-8C "JSTARS 03" is up on Melbourne IAP Tower 
freq 118.2, preparing to take off.
