Callsign Tests? Re: [MilCom] Seattle Milcom January 1-2

Jeff:

Do you think that it's possible that each operator at the console now has a 
specific callsign assigned to them rather than just one for specific 
location?  OR perhaps at the remoted consoles each operator is responsible 
for certain remote transmitters worldwide?

That's something "different." A daily comm test count conducted by two
aliases instead of one.
