[MilCom] 124 FS, Iowa ANG

The F-16CGs of the 124 FS, Iowa ANG were at the 
Savannah CRTC the last couple of weeks doing
air-to-air and air-to-ground training.  Here's what
I picked up for callsigns and air-to-air frequencies
during their stay here:

HAWKEYE, CYCLONE, BULLDOG, and PANTHER
138.200, 138.300, 138.400

CYCLONE and BULLDOG seemed to be used 
exclusively for air-to-air missions,  PANTHER
seemed to be used exclusively for air-to-ground
missions, and HAWKEYE was used for both
missions as well as arrival and departure from
the CRTC.
