[MilCom] RHET 51 comms

At 9:40pm EST (0240z) Robins KC-135R "Rhet 51" contacted  MacDill's Lightning 
Ops on 311.0, just as they had earlier when I heard them en  route 
Guantanamo.  But this time they say they are en route home to Robins,  and requested a 
messaged relayed to Robins re their ETA there for 0349z.
   They also relayed a message from JSTARS 03 who is looking for  his BOLT 42 
tanker.  Lightning Ops told JSTARS 03 (via Rhet 51) that BOLT  42 is in the 
green and will make the on-time CT.
   Moments ago, at 10:10pm EST (0310z), RHET 51 made contact with  Robins 
"Raymond 19" on 311.0, and advised that they were 30 min out with  8SOB.
