[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - CANDLEWAX with AKAC 274 message

     11175.0 was active at 212311z with TUFF 13 (weak/readable)
calling MAINSAIL and raising PUERTO RICO (weak/mostly unreadable) for
a phone patch to two DSN 781 numbers, the second being BARKSDALE METRO
for landing weather for BARKSDALE at 0030z.

     11175.0 was active at 212324z with CANDLEWAX (weak/unreadable to
sometimes weak/readable with fading) working PUERTO RICO
(weak/readable) with a phone patch to VQ3 SDO to pass an AKAC 274
message of 8 groups (??? ?RR ZIA RWO ?X3 TQV ?GN HRD).  CANDLEWAX
requested a readback and SQ3 VDO read the groups back as T22 RR IA WO
X3 QV GN RD (the 3-element groups less the first letter except for the
first group), and then repeated the readback again without the first
letter of each group.  CANDLEWAX then terminated the patch and gone.

     Instead of the AKAC 369 messages of the past they are now passing
USKAC/ACAK 274 messages in the past two days.
