[MilCom] NORAD CAP Up

OAK GROVE is using a couple transmitter sites in the Atlanta area, he (and she, earlier) are
booming in.

Also heard MAGIC on 239.975 passing "WORDS", and OAK GROVE said they had 369.9 as another freq
once ATC releases it.

TANKER and fighters on 254.35 with ATC for AR coord.
