     8992.0 was active at 1514z with COTTER PIN (good levels here;
noisy busy background) bcsting a 28-character EAM (SAEOIV) slightly
trailing the HFGCS's bcst of same, and simucasting same on at least
4724.0 (weak/readable) and 15016.0 (weak/readable) with nothing heard
on 11175.0.
