[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - ANDREWS

     11175.0 was active at 1300z with ANDREWS (good levels here)
rebroadcasting the 33-character EAM 5TURVR (without using the
character count statement) and the 27-character EAM 5T3RPI.  At 1321z
ANDREWS bcst a 21-character EAM (5TO3WA).  At 1330z ANDREWS
rebroadcast 5TO3WA 5TURVR and 5T3RPI.  At 1400z ANDREWS rebcst 5T3RPI
and 5TO3WA.  At 1420z ANDREWS (weak/barely readable) began the
broadcast of an unknown count EAM 5TIFBT but disregarded the string
and gone.
