[MilCom] 11244.0 - EAM traffic from weak player

     11244.0 was active at 2320z with unid player (faded into noise
floor just after "this is"; weak/often unreadable) bcsting the
28-character EAM SASHDL, with nothing heard on 8992.0, 11175.0, 6697.0
or 13155.0.  From time of rebroadcast, suspected TACAMO PAC.
