[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - JEWEL BOC, ROUGH JET and VAN BUREN

     11175.0 was active at 2148z with JEWEL BOX (weak/fair levels
here) calling ROUGH JET (or sounds like) with no response but raising
ASCENSION (weak/readable), but not responding to ASCENSION and quiet.

     11175.0 was active at 2151z with VAN BUREN (good levels here;
spelled callsign) calling MAINSAIL and raising ASCENSION
(weak/readable) for a phone patch to a DSN 271 number.  Patch was
terminated because of problems communicating with the OFFUTT ground
party.  VAN BUREN up again at 2159z calling MAINSAIL, this time
raising PUERTO RICO (fair/weak) and again spelling callsign.
