EAM (5TDA2P).  At 1530z ANDREWS bcst the 18-character 5TOX5Z for their
h+30 EAM rebroadcast.

     11175.0 was active at 1556z with DOOM 95 (good levels here)
calling MAINSAIL with no respone but at 1557z with ANDREW bcsting a
32-character EAM (KESECN).  At 1559z DOOM 95 called MAINSAIL and
raised OFFUTT but never established comms with OFFUTT.
