[MilCom] CG 1707 in rare trip to East Coast

It is Fri, 12:28pm EST (1728z).
  US Coast Guard C-130 "CG 1707" has just executed a few bounces at  Patrick 
AFB and is requesting vectors to Sarasota (not Clearwater-St  Pete!).
  I have CG 1707 based at CGAS Kodiak Alaska.  This is the first  time I have 
logged him or seen him. At first I thought he might be Clearwater's  CG 1717, 
but my photos confirm that pilot is correct in IDing as CG  1707.
