[MilCom] NP-3D "BH 341" up for possible STS-116 landing here

It is Fri, 1:28pm EST (1828z).
  NP-3D "BH 341" has just departed Patrick AFB to prepare for possible  work 
on the Shuttle Orbiter landing, if it is able to land at KSC today.   "BH 341" 
is one of the Cast Glance acft that is used for range surveillance and  data 
collecting. His stablemate "BH 340" was here this past September working  the 
STS-115 mission.
