[MilCom] Discovery could land at Edwards

Apparently the odds are good...
 From what ive heard NASA /really/ wants that shuttle down by Friday 
night due to a fuel issue but were expecting wind gusts up to 20mph here 
in California so White Sands is prepped for a 527pm EST or 702pm EST 
landing.
