[MilCom] BLUE 01 flight

Good evening everyone,

Blue 01 and Mazda 51 flight just checked in with New York center on
125.925, and they are going to re-join with another tanker Blue 03.
Blue 03 will take the F-16s to Rifle, then drop them off and return
to KPSM. Boom frequency is 318.000.
