[MilCom] 7th FS Deactivates

The 7th FS (A.K.A 7th CTS) deactivated last Friday at Holloman. The 7th 
FS/CTS was the F-117A Schoolhouse (Also flew T-38A's).

The squadron's T-38's will move to the 8th FS.
