[MilCom] Possible Emergency

SNAKE-21 (T-38C) 50th FTS/14th FTW Columbus AFB. Experiencing a problem with
the landing gear. SNAKE was talking about declaring on emergency. He ran
some checklist and determined he wanted to RTB to Columbus where he has a
longer runway.  Currently passing 20,000 f0f 22,000 on 297.400 @ 09:27
