[MilCom] STS-116 Shuttle Mission Launching Milsats

The space shuttle Discovery will be launching some neat small satellite 
payloads after it undocks from ISS. These are all military satellites (some 
with amateur radio payloads), and this includes supposedly the MARScom 
satellite (their super secret MARS frequencies are posted on my blog) and 
the Radar Fence Transponder (RAFT). This satellites carries a neat 
experiment that using the Navy Space Surveillance fence in the 216 MHz range 
that you may be able to hear and participate in, if you have a multimode 
VHF/UHF receiver. More details about all of this was posted this morning on
