[MilCom] 128.525

One of channels that Chicago ARTCC uses is 128.525. It is not know what sector or for sure how it is use in the ATC scheme. Sunday morning about 0841 I heard Copper 4 pass through on this channel along with the various airliners. Anyone know where this aircraft was enroute to or from? I did not heard any other transmissions fom it before 0900. I have not found any reference to the channel for it any pub that covers Chicago ARTCC.
