Probably because we're now chasing "Islamic Fascists"
instead of terrorists .....:) :) :)....

If it's any consolation, when Dubya is down here doing
nothing on his spread of land, sometimes you'll hear
CAP related traffic, sometimes you won't. Lately, things
have been very silent. Heck, when he comes to DFW,
it's practically a non-event, communications wise.

POTUS visits and USSS/E-F/Orderwire comms-etc.
are certainly not an inkling of what they used to be. The
fun of monitoring a POTUS visit (except for VHF ATC)
is pretty much gone...., all in the name of more modern,
and more secure, technology.
