Honestly, I've seen lists where these freqs have
certain use but how can you know if they are
encrypted.

The TFR went into effect around 1430L and ended a
little after 1900.  Notice i said TFR related. 
Essentially there WAS NO CAP!!!!! No fighters heard
either with NORAD or ATC.

WIZARD ALPHA (E-3) and OAK GROVE (both heard) were
trading "BULLSEYE's" and TOI's (Targets of Interest)
back and forth.   There WAS NO FIGHTERS involved with
todays activities.  So if a TOI maliciously encroached
i guess NOTHING could be done about it.

I guess New Orleans, Gulfport, Little Rock, and now
Salt Lake City got a CAP but i guess why waste
wonderful fighter fuel over little ole Nashville. 
Probably why they don't transit thru BNA in the first
