[MilCom] CG Rescue 1717 entering the SAR area

It is Wed, 1246pm EDT (1646z).
  "CG Rescue 1717," a C-130 out of CGAS-Clearwater, is now approaching  the 
SAR area. He is up with Miami Ctr on 132.25. I have also heard his  comms on 
8983.0 kHz USB with CAMSLANT-Chesapeake.
