[MilCom] Patric AFB C-130s evacuating to Dobbins

It is Tue, 9:55am EDT (1355z).
  Patrick AFB's C-130s are departing the area as Hurricane (Tropical  Storm) 
Ernesto approaches.
  King 55 departed at 9:20am.
  King 70 has been read his clearance and routing to Dobbins JARB. He  is 
just departing now.
  In addition, moments ago King 56, which is a callsign I cannot  associate 
with any Patrick acft, was also cleared to Dobbins.  The operator  who read the 
clearance to King 56 seldom gets a callsign right (or anything else  right), 
so we will have to see if it is a visitor acft departing here or is  truly a 
Patrick bird. I suspect it will turn out to be Patrick's King 76.
