[MilCom] DOS acft evacuating Patrick for TS Ernesto

It is Tue, 9:03am EDT (1303).
  In what sounds like the beginning of a hurricane (tropical  storm) 
evacuation for the US State Dept aircraft at Patrick AFB, "Bronco  01" flight of two 
OV-10Ds departed Patrick at 8:30am. They are heading to Lawson  AAF, Ft Benning 
GA.  They have been using 123.4 for air-air, and they are  using VHF ATC 
freqs.  They mentioned HF, but did not cite a freq.
