[MilCom] Shuttle Tuesday launch not certain now.

I just watched the NASA Press Conference live on TV, and they are going to  
decide tonight whether to go ahead with the launch on Tuesday, or to bring the  
shuttle back to the VAB to check it out for damage due to the lightning  
strikes.  It seemed to me that they are leaning more towards bringing her  back 
into the VAB since the Tuesday launch would mean only a one-day window of  
oppotunity before another delay. But we shall see.
