[MilCom] FAME 21 calls it quits

It is Sat, 4:06pm EDT (2006z).
  FAME 21, a C-21A out of Keesler AFB, was inbound to MacDill until  moments 
ago. He called and got his parking space from Lightning Ops on 311.0 and  was 
set to arrive at 2010z.  Then moments ago he ran into this storm that  is 
inundating us now, and he called Lightning Ops and cancelled the PPRs for  himself 
and for FAME 33. Not sure where he is going to divert, but he made a  wise 
decision. The folks from Biloxi know a lot about the dangers of  storms.
  FAME 33 just came up on 372.2, probably with Homestead, and reported  
inbound their station.
