[MilCom] More on CAP; it is Shuttle CAP over KSC

It is Fri, 11:50am EDT (1550z).
  Tanker 13's purpose today is to support the aircraft flying in the  
"Shuttle CAP" over KSC.  The Orbiter is sitting on the pad there awaiting  launch on 
Sunday.
  The fighters that will be flying the CAP are using  the "Pitman" callsign. 
They are F-16s out of Shaw AFB.
