It is Thur, 3:51pm EDT (1951z).
  I have been hearing comms from Navy BK 241 for a couple of  hours.  Now he 
is up with Metro on 344.6 getting the wx for NAS  Jacksonville.
  I believe BK 241 is an EP-3E from NAS Whidbey VQ-1.
