[MilCom] Late nite chit-chat

Last night around 10pm/PT I heard (what I presume was PINON, but could 
have been ROPER I suppose) 71 & 72 chatting about some new route 
software, comparing notes, on their A/A 138.5.  At one point, one of 
them wanted to switch to UHF.  "Ok, got a frequency for me?" asked one 
of them (they rarely called each other by a callsign, I caught "71" and 
"72" only twice in about 10 minutes of chat) and the other said: "Meet 
you on WINCHESTER" ... which I did, over on 303.0 ...
