We have a Wiki page set up on the popular RadioReference website which details most all the common freqs that had been used in past (and current) CAPs in the DC/Maryland metro area:

Special Notes: 288.35/135.525 is a special pair used by the Washington ARTCC for CAP activity; on occasion it seems that the ARTCC will also use 135.525 - which is believed to be Falls Church Va. - for commercial traffic. 360.7 is paired with 134.5 and is the SWANN sector; it always seems to be left out of any common lists for ZDC, yet it has been up and in use for many years, and continues to be quite active. It's easily heard throughout the Baltimore area, so it's suspected that the transmitter is fairly close to the area.

Interestingly, I've never seen CAP reports for when you-know-who goes to Kennebunkport to visit Daddy or Crawford for the Western White House. Yet when he goes to Camp D. for any reason, a CAP is almost sure to follow.
